SCD Company was hired by Castle Learning Systems, an educational software company, to develop a platform for an engineering school start-up that focused on innovative methods of teaching mathematics. The platform, built from scratch, is an interactive site that aids students in solving complex mathematical problems, providing detailed feedback and explanations. The project, which began in July 2014 and was completed in 2016, involved a team of nine individuals from SCD Company, including developers, designers, and architects. The team utilized Java and MySQL for database creation and Angular for frontend development. The project cost approximately $1.2 million USD. SCD Company was contracted by an IT consulting firm to develop a full-featured desktop search software for a major German microchip company. The software, which involved mostly .NET development, as well as the integration of C++ search technology and COM components, has an Outlook-like GUI and offers a fully integrated desktop and enterprise search. The project included previews for over 250 document types and in-document search. The team from SCD Company, which varied from two to five developers, was integrated with the client's local team.
