SAT Microsystems was hired by Medgulf, an insurance company, to provide cybersecurity solutions. The project involved the delivery of several products and services including Cisco's Email Security Appliance, F5 Load Balancers, and Dell HCI Systems. The selection of SAT Microsystems was based on their competitive pricing and the quality of their design and components. The project was managed by a Business Development Manager from SAT Microsystems.

In another project, SAT Microsystems was engaged by a bank to integrate ITSM (IT service management) and Service Desk. The vendor was chosen for their proximity and demonstrated competence in ITSM system distribution. SAT Microsystems' technicians and project manager worked closely with the bank to identify key needs, provide a solution, and prepare a comprehensive roadmap of the integration process. The team then deployed ITSM and Service Desk to the bank's servers, pre-configured the solutions based on the client's needs, and provided detailed training for employees.

Wasatah Capital, a stock investment company, engaged SAT Microsystems to provide IT and disaster recovery services. The project was necessitated by a requirement from the Capital Market Authority of Saudi Arabia for the company to maintain a disaster recovery site. SAT Microsystems was responsible for the installation and planning of IT facilities, computers, internet, phones, call recording systems, and access controls. The team also provided troubleshooting services. The project, which began in January 2015, continues to date with SAT Microsystems providing ongoing disaster recovery services. The client spends approximately $8,000-$11,000 USD annually on these services.
