Rugged® was hired by a New Zealand-style ice cream company to establish their brand as they expanded into the US market. The company's founders recognized the importance of a unique and compelling brand for their success. Rugged® was involved from the beginning, helping to shape everything from the company's name to its designs, merchandise, uniforms, website, social media, and advertising. The team, consisting of six members, worked closely with the ice cream company, exceeding the initial scope of work and proving their reliability. The total investment for their services was between $60,000- $70,000 and the collaboration started in September 2019 with the first store launching in July 2020.

In another project, Rugged® was hired by a consulting digital product studio for a rebranding project. The studio was responsible for development, while Rugged® managed and designed the product.
