The client was in need of a controller and CFO but was not ready for a full-time position due to cost constraints. RTA Group provided the exact services they needed, including a part-time bookkeeper within the client's budget. They held weekly and monthly meetings and took care of all financial needs, including budgeting and forecasting. The goal of this project was to grow the company and provide the financial expertise needed to increase growth and profit.

The selection of RTA Group was heavily influenced by their forecasting solution. Unlike other companies, RTA Group factored in how the client invoices and amortizes their billings over the contract. The client operates on a modified cash basis, which other companies found challenging to accommodate. The project involved an in-house bookkeeper who handled invoicing, processing AP/AR, and maintaining clean books. A part-time controller was also available once a week to answer any questions. Monthly meetings with the CFO were held where the entire team came together for updates.

The project's billing structure was based on the project, not hourly, which assured the client of consistency and efficiency. If there was a need for more work than what was contracted for, discussions were held prior to billing. The primary mode of communication with the CFO, Controller, and Bookkeeper was via Zoom, email, phone, and in-person meetings. The project significantly contributed to the client's growth and profit increase.
