RSM took charge of the initial customization and the creation of a solution with Conga. The selection of RSM was based on interviews and reference checks, with the client finding them to be the best fit for their needs and budget.

Fandom by Wikia, an online media company, engaged RSM to enhance their CRM capabilities and integrate their systems with a sales management software suite. The goal of the project was to integrate the company's accounting software, CRM, and sales process applications into a seamless internal system. RSM customized the company's instance of Salesforce.com (SFDC) and integrated it with their accounting software. The project also involved integrating Operative's order management system with DoubleClick's DFP ad serving system. The client chose RSM for their talented and experienced developers and their background in digital media and CRM software.
