RSM undertook a comprehensive project for an online media company, Fandom by Wikia, which involved the integration of the company's accounting software, CRM, and sales process applications into a single efficient system. The multi-year project involved several phases, including the customization of Salesforce.com for the digital media company, and the integration of the accounting software with Salesforce, as well as other software system integrations. The project was executed by a dedicated team of experienced application developers and an executive sponsor from RSM.

For a policy-driven non-profit advocacy organization, RSM implemented Salesforce and expanded its capabilities over several years. This began with migrating from HubSpot to Salesforce and setting up the initial architecture. The team worked together to figure out how to do political advocacy within the marketing cloud, and also migrated legacy data into Salesforce. They further customized and expanded the Salesforce footprint to support the ongoing growth of the organization and advocacy campaigns. This also involved third-party integrations to provide a broader view of advocacy actions. They also used Salesforce to manage a service provider directory for the website.

For DiNicola Insurance Services, RSM took on a project to customize Salesforce and Conga for a large direct mail campaign. The goal was to manage ongoing direct mail marketing campaigns for the brokerage. After purchasing Salesforce, the insurance company realized they needed expert help with customization. RSM took over to handle the initial customization and created a solution with Conga to handle ongoing direct email marketing campaigns. The project was handled by a specialist team from RSM.
