Redpath Consulting Group was hired by a web CMS provider to centralize and synchronize their database, build, implement and measure campaigns across all channels, track user engagement throughout their lifecycle journey, and improve reporting. Redpath was chosen for their cost-effectiveness and knowledge. The project involved joint working sessions every other day to review, discuss use-cases, iterate, identify potential issues, and outline workarounds and resolutions. The project team consisted of two developers. The client was pleased with the collaboration and the results achieved.

The insurance company, Gravie, engaged Redpath Consulting Group to upgrade and consolidate their CRMs to accommodate an increase in products. The goal was to streamline operations and attain more comprehensive metrics and data. Redpath, selected for their positive reviews and convenient location, created a sales app for Gravie in Salesforce. The project involved weekly calls to revise the app and discuss changes and improvements. The project team included a project manager and two Salesforce developers.
