The company, which was previously using three separate Access databases, wanted to consolidate into a single, cloud-based system. Ovation Healthcare, a healthcare company, hired Red Hawk Technologies to construct a web-based customer portal. The project started with a discovery meeting to understand the goals and functionality of the portal, followed by the design phase using Figma. The development process included creating a customer identity management system and leveraging Azure products for hosting and maintenance. The portal, which allows customers to access meaningful information through Microsoft Power BI, is currently in its second phase of development. The client has invested around $60,000 in the project, which began in August 2024 and is ongoing.
