Red Hawk Technologies was engaged by ECLA Outreach Center to develop a database to manage their customer intake. The team, including Junior Developer Sergei and Partner Ron, took over the installation process, ensuring seamless integration of the database on the center's computers. The initial phase of the project, which cost $15,000, was successfully completed. The center plans to continue working with Red Hawk Technologies for further database enhancements.

For a national concierge service company, Red Hawk Technologies developed two mobile apps for Android and iOS devices. One app was designed to enhance team members' efficiency, while the other aimed to improve customer experience quality. The CEO of the company worked directly with the Red Hawk team, which consisted of 5-6 people, including one of the partners who led the development. The partnership, which began in June 2021, continues with weekly check-ins for ongoing improvements.

Red Hawk Technologies was tasked by a manufacturing company to create a customer registration portal for their lost pet recovery tags. The portal allowed customers who received the tags to add their contact information, enabling the activated tag to be scanned and used to return a lost pet. Red Hawk Technologies was chosen for their high ratings, great culture fit, and positive referrals. The project was a success and effectively served the needs of the company.
