Red Baton worked on the UI/UX design of the website for Unfyd, a company that provides end-to-end Customer Experience and Lifecycle Management solutions. The goal of the project was to showcase Unfyd’s wide variety of products and product categories in an accessible way. Red Baton's team, consisting of a project manager, UI and UX designers, and an illustrator, created a user flow, site map, wireframes, and interface design. They also suggested implementing custom illustrations to keep the website engaging and dynamic.
For Livdemy, an online live music learning platform, Red Baton was hired to work on the UI/UX design of the product and website, as well as the branding. The aim was to create a platform that facilitates a seamless music learning and teaching experience. The Red Baton team conducted comprehensive UX workshops with the Livdemy team to understand and propose features and flow for different user personas. The project team included a project manager, UX Lead, UX Designer, UI designers, and an Information architect. Their recommendations led to the final UI design of the product.
Red Baton was also commissioned by AirAsia India to develop a sign-up website for their new cadet pilot program. Despite the current downturn in the domestic aviation market, AirAsia India anticipated a need for up to 10,000 new pilots by 2030. The Red Baton team, consisting of senior designers, web architects, and a UI/UX director, developed a sign-up to payment process that was limited to three pages to simplify the process and increase conversions. The project was completed within two months, with initial meetings and subsequent weekly sprints.
