Highlights from Recent Projects
QA UTOR was hired by Salesflow, a SaaS LinkedIn Automation tool product, to outstaff an entire QA department while the company was building an internal team from scratch. QA UTOR also assisted with the hiring process. The vendor was selected based on personal recommendations and a persuasive initial call with UTOR management. The team helped Salesflow build the QA process from scratch, including testing strategy, stages, and documentation format. The outstaffed team, consisting of two full-time and one part-time manual QAs with middle/senior level skills and experience, then followed through that process and provided quality QA.
In another project, QA UTOR was hired by a fast-growing software development company to automate a large scope of tests and improve the QA process in product development. The vendor was selected based on a personal connection between the CEOs of both companies and the successful completion of technical tasks by QA Automation engineers. The project, related to the automotive industry, was a complex web/mobile project where the QA automation engineers used Pytest/unit test, Grafana, Jenkins, AWS and a lot of custom and self-written libraries. The team consisted of two QA automation engineers.
QA UTOR was also hired by Tempest Tech Limited, a company specializing in developing privacy-focused products for the Internet, to execute extensive test plans for their desktop browsers. The vendor was selected through a two-step interview process on Upwork. The project involved executing minimal acceptable tests on the desktop browser for two platforms to ensure proper functionality. The QA team helped improve and expand this list and incorporated additional processes into the QA steps in the project. The team, consisting of two part-time manual testers, worked on a release schedule that took into account all aspects of the project's development. They also processed exploratory tests for each release. One of the testers later started implementing automation tests.
