Purely CRM, through Endeavour Solutions, worked with MAINT, a technology services company, to migrate one of their customer's on-premise systems to an online system. The customer wanted to transition from Dynamic CRM 2016 to Dynamic 365 in Azure Cloud. Purely CRM provided the software and technology consulting for the migration. They also provided a base platform software for the historic data migration to the cloud, which MAINT customized to fit their client's needs. The project was completed in February 2020, with MAINT investing about $10,000 in the process. Purely CRM's quick response and guidance throughout the project were greatly appreciated by MAINT.

In another project, Purely CRM was hired by West Coast Reduction Ltd, a company that renders waste animal products into fats and proteins, to implement D365 Customer Service. The goal was to improve the service delivered to customers through their contact center. Purely CRM was recommended by another key technology partner and was solely sourced for the project. They conducted a business analysis of the current contact center operation, integrated the current telephony solution, planned migration, and provided end-user training.
