In another project, an engineering service provider hired Propeller to build their customer relationship strategy, website, and branding with the aim of establishing their presence in the European market. Propeller was chosen for their understanding of both the Malaysian and London markets. The project involved a discovery brainstorm session, strategy development, design, and launch. The launch included the new brand, website, service design, and an advertising campaign. The client worked with a diverse team from Propeller, including project managers, designers, an experience director, and a developer.
