Program-Ace was contracted by a retail company to develop a 3D drill simulation to reinforce key response actions for active threat scenarios in retail, distribution, and office environments. The team, composed of 5-6 members, built the simulation from scratch, integrated it with the company's internal LMS, and provided actionable data based on user results. They also sourced and developed all assets, environments, project plans, cost structure, implementation and integration, and localization. The project, which began in 2023, is ongoing with enhancements and localization for global accessibility being implemented.

Program-Ace was hired by Tailor Tech to build a 3D configurator for their digital ecosystem. The team of 6-8 members used Unreal Engine 5 for the development, which included real-time garment visualization, customization options, and integration with the order system. The beta version was delivered in March 2025, with the final delivery planned for September 2025. The engagement, which began in January 2025, will continue for the development of future versions.

Pinnacle Financial Strategies, a fintech company, hired Program-Ace to create an educational game for their account holders.
