Product Savvy Consulting, LLC was hired by a Series C infrastructure automation company to validate their problem statement and refine their messaging for a new persona. The Product Savvy team began by interviewing key stakeholders and researching competitors to understand the challenge the company was trying to solve. They also interviewed potential customers to understand the core challenges devops teams were facing. The insights they gathered were delivered to both the field and product teams. The project was led by the head of strategy and the head of product management from Product Savvy.

In another project, Product Savvy Consulting, LLC was engaged by a drone technology startup to develop a software system for their data capture. The team built the system from scratch, delivered the code work, and produced the design documents needed for the UX efforts. After testing and finalizing the system, they proceeded to the go-live stage. The project, which ran from February to August 2021, involved 10 resources from Product Savvy, including a CTO, frontend and backend developers, a DevOps resource, a UX designer, and a QA and test automation resource. The startup plans to hire Product Savvy again for a different project involving a machine vision system.

Product Savvy Consulting, LLC also worked with Roy Vinnik CPA LLC, a full-service accounting and tax firm for international venture capital clients. The accounting firm engaged Product Savvy to develop a FinTech B2B enterprise-grade system that integrates all their practices, procedures, online systems, tests, and daily accounting and tax software. The project involved 6 to 10 employees from Product Savvy. The accounting firm expressed their utmost gratitude to the Product Savvy team for their exceptional and professional contributions to the project.
