Highlights from Recent Projects
Pro Motion Experiential Marketing executed a project for Hussmann Corporation, a company specializing in refrigerated cold displays. Hussmann sought to engage with customers directly at their locations during the COVID-19 pandemic, as trade shows were cancelled and customer visits were limited. Pro Motion designed and managed a 12-week mobile experience roadshow, showcasing nine focus areas around Hussmann's processes, solutions, and products for the food retail market. They handled concept planning, sourcing, acquiring a trailer, setting up the buildout and audiovisual equipment, scheduling, logistics, production resources, social media marketing tasks, and video production. The project cost over $500,000 and ran from August to November 2020.
Pro Motion Experiential Marketing worked with Utz Quality Foods, a snack food manufacturer, to activate their retail brand at various events. The most significant engagement was during a Major League Baseball event where Pro Motion conducted sampling. They organized a multi-location sampling opportunity, handing out prizes and small packages of chips. Pro Motion hired and trained local staff for the event, which ran from 9 AM to 9 PM. The project cost between $25,000 and $30,000 and ran from July to October 2019.
The company also collaborated with KaBOOM!, a non-profit organization, on a national campaign. KaBOOM! sought to bring free, fun, outdoor play experiences to families in six cities. Pro Motion joined the project team early on, providing input on the designs, assembling the road team, sourcing and producing all the tour equipment, and managing all the logistics and onsite operations. They also handled staffing, sourced ambassadors to support the event, and managed teams of volunteers. The project cost $1 million and ran from November 2013 to September 2014. Since then, Pro Motion has worked with KaBOOM! on several other projects of varying scales.
