Pro Motion Experiential Marketing was hired by Bandai/Namco, a leading manufacturer of collectibles and children’s toys, to enhance brand awareness and consumer engagement. The company, known for its award-winning experiential mobile tours, developed two roadshow mobile tours for Bandai's Gundam team. The aim was to reach Gundam fans who could not attend their appearances at Comic Cons and Anime Events. The tours included retail sales, merchandising, photo ops, workshops, and more, which were all organized across an 8-stop route. The success of the initial tour led to a larger mobile tour the following year with expanded retail space and more stops across the U.S. The Bandai team was extremely satisfied with the results and is considering making the tour an annual event.

Dimplex, the world's leading electric fireplace manufacturer, engaged Pro Motion Experiential Marketing to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Pro Motion created a mobile showroom, the Dimplex Mobile Showroom, to showcase Dimplex's extensive range of electric and vapour fireplaces. The showroom, housed in a 43-foot trailer, toured to expose Hearth Dealers to the products, generate mass awareness of sustainable fireplace alternatives, and reinforce Dimplex as the premium brand in the category. The tour successfully achieved its KPIs, which included mass impressions, engagements, dealer display placements, and sales.

Panasonic Connect, a company that provides solutions for workers to stay connected and operate efficiently, hired Pro Motion Experiential Marketing to provide an experience beyond a "demo" or sales meeting. Pro Motion organized a series of events that significantly enhanced Panasonic's customer reach and contributed to its long-term growth.
