Popskull was hired by Marathon Healthy Foods, a small family-owned company specializing in chicken burgers, to professionalize their marketing and advertising. The project involved brand strategy development, market and competitor research, customer focus group organization, and packaging redesign for the company's three main products. The company president appreciated Popskull's commitment to being part of the team and growing the company, not just billing them. The engagement, which began in December 2017, is ongoing and has so far cost between $20,000-$50,000, a figure expected to double in the next couple of years.

Popskull partnered with Tramontina, a cookware and housewares supplier, to create a cohesive campaign for their first consumer-facing marketing project. They worked on clarifying the brand strategy, identifying the target audience, and creating effective consumer communication strategies. The team delivered two major 30-second spots and two six-second spots on YouTube, as well as two sets of Google display ads. The engagement started in August 2017 and concluded in December 2017, with a second campaign currently running. The total investment so far amounts to about $185,000 this year, while last year was closer to $30,000.

For a gaming app startup, Popskull was tasked with articulating the UI/UX for the alpha version of the app and assisting with the assessment of fundraising pitch materials and approach with respect to brand/marketing activities. The project involved taking wireframes of a live event-based gaming product and bringing them to life, creating a user flow, and creating a branded experience that enabled the business's core function to coincide with branded contests and narrative-driven advertising. The two-person team from Popskull, which included the company's founder/Account Executive and a UI/X + graphic design expert, was critical to the company's development.
