In a project with Bushbalm Inc., a B2C skincare company, Pointer provided web development and design services to help the company align with industry players and branch out to other areas. The project involved Shopify e-commerce development and was built with SEO in mind. Pointer also sourced and recommended photographers and designed all creative assets for the company. The project, which spanned from June 2021 to February 2022, cost between $150,000–$200,000 CAD (approximately $117,500–$150,700 USD).

For Tetley Tea, Pointer was tasked to revamp their outdated, non-shoppable website. The company wanted a bold, bright, and shoppable Shopify website. Pointer was chosen for their open and honest approach, despite being slightly more expensive. The project was divided into phases, including Discovery, Design, Logistics, and Pain points. The project went remarkably smoothly, with various apps suggested by Pointer being used. The project team included a director, account manager, designers, and a logistics specialist.
