Phionike Design-Tech Studio was hired for a UI/UX Design project for a Manufacturing Market Network. The project operator had a requirement for production scheduling. The project revolved around the development of a dashboard and inventory management system. The team at Phionike, including a Design Director and a Junior UX Designer, worked on the UI design in Figma while conducting UX Research Interviews to understand the clients' pain points and provide design insights. The project resulted in consistent design states for the application and improvements in the current setup.

The company was also employed by Brandintellé Services Pvt Ltd for a UX Design project. The goal was to enhance design consistency and usability in their platform. Phionike Design Studio, led by a Design Director and two UX Designers, worked on the development of a dashboard and mobile app. They conducted Design Thinking workshops, brainstorming sessions, and UX Research Interviews to understand user preferences and pain points. The outcome was a more refined version of the App and Dashboard and improved design standardization throughout the Brandintelle and Mediaware products.

In another project for an Agriculture tech platform company, Phionike Design-Tech Studio was tasked with the UX/UI design for a mobile application, usability testing, and development and documentation of a design system. The team of 2-5 employees worked to improve UI/UX experience of the application by collaborating with the client's UXR team to uncover key user insights and translating them into improved UI/UX. The project resulted in key areas of improvement in design and user experience and a defined and documented design system for internal use.
