Phionike Design-Tech Studio was hired by Brandintellé Services Pvt Ltd for the improvement of their platform's design consistency and usability. The project entailed the development of a dashboard and mobile app, with a focus on design standardization across the organization's products. The team from Phionike, consisting of a Design Director, Senior UX Designer, and Junior UX Designer, conducted UX Research Interviews to understand client pain points and provide design insights for improvement. The project was successful, resulting in a more user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing platform.

In a joint venture orchestrated by a project ideator, Phionike Design-Tech Studio was brought on board to design UI/UX for a production scheduling requirement. The project revolved around the development of a dashboard and inventory management for the company. The Phionike team, comprising a Design Director and Junior UX Designer, employed Figma for UI design work and conducted UX Research Interviews to understand client needs and pain points. The result was a consistent design with various application states, significantly improving the current setup.

Phionike Design-Tech Studio was engaged by an agri-tech platform company to improve the UI/UX of their mobile application. The project involved analysis, evaluation, and strategic improvement of user experience, usability testing, in-person user research, and the development and documentation of a design system. The team from Phionike, consisting of 2-5 employees, collaborated with the client's UXR team to uncover key user insights and translate feedback into improved UI/UX. The project was a success, strengthening the link between content and commerce experience for users and defining a design system for internal use.
