Periscope was hired by a global Fortune 100 company to perform a full eCommerce analysis and segmentation analysis. The company, a large food service provider, aimed to understand the data from its 100,000 customers and use it to increase revenue. Periscope analyzed customer ordering habits and identified the best targets, enabling the company to optimally price their products. The project, which involved analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation, was valued in the six-figure range. The company selected Periscope due to their industry understanding and a long-standing relationship with the vice president of Periscope.

A large cleaning service provider in the US hired Periscope to transform their transactional database into a usable marketing database. The company wanted to understand their customer base and create a customized segmentation strategy. Periscope conducted data cleansing, matching, transformations, and built segmentation strategies, resulting in nine unique customer segments. They also performed predictive modeling for each campaign and were responsible for all direct mail campaigns. The initiative involved five people from Periscope and was completed in April 2012.

Periscope was hired by a lawn care gardening company to build a neighborhood targeting model. The objective was to identify high-value prospects and profitable neighborhoods. The company also wanted to predict customer attrition and understand opportunities for growth at the store level. Periscope developed a mapping tool that helped the sales teams focus their acquisition efforts and understand the seasonality of the business. The initiative, which cost around $2 million annually, had a significant impact on the business, particularly the neighborhood modeling aspect which was rolled out in the last 12 months.
