PAVilion handled IT support and backup solutions for an online fashion retailer. The company faced a challenge when their backup product's trial period ended, resulting in a threefold price increase. Simultaneously, a change in operational circumstances made a previous application no longer viable. PAVilion stepped in, providing an offsite backup solution through a sister company. They also monitored the client's firewalls, provided general advice and managed hardware renewals. The engagement started in March 2019 and has been ongoing with an investment of about £30,000.

PAVilion worked with Peritus Health Management, an occupational health and hygiene company, to enhance their information security and infrastructure. The challenge was to ensure the effective functioning of hardware and software in storing documents. PAVilion provided guidance on setting up security systems, monitored network controls and IT equipment, and ensured the correct functioning of antivirus software. They also installed multi-factor authentication and maintained end-user devices. The team is set to help Peritus move into new premises and handle all infrastructure arrangements. The collaboration started in February 2020 and is ongoing.
