PAVilion undertook a project for an online fashion retailer, providing IT managed services, consulting, and cybersecurity. The initial task was creating an offsite backup solution in response to the retailer's previous backup product becoming unviable due to increased costs and operational changes. PAVilion also provided firewall monitoring, general IT advice, and managed the retailer's HP hardware renewals. Furthermore, PAVilion is set to start a support arrangement, covering the retailer's internal network during holiday and sick leave. PAVilion was engaged by Peritus Health Management, a B2B occupational health and hygiene company, to provide IT support and ensure information security.
