OPGK Software was hired by Atos company brand, Bull, to offer support on multiple projects using the service management software OTRS. The key objective was to implement OTRS for clients who needed to transition from outdated software and in-house tools. After the initial vendor failed, OPGK Software was found online and vetted via a Skype interview. They provided four personnel who worked remotely under the supervision of the project manager. The team developed and configured the tool effectively, providing guidance to the end users.
In another project, OPGK Software was engaged by a logistics company to offer Open Source Ticket Request System (OTRS) Administrator Training for their key users. The goal was to equip all administrators with the skills and knowledge to manage user requests, as well as to advise users on the system’s capabilities and limitations. OPGK Software was selected through an online search and an internal selection process. Two developers/trainers were assigned to the project, along with a marketing manager who coordinated the training schedule. The training covered a wide range of topics from OTRS configuration and installation to system recovery and advanced administration.
