OpenConcept performed a Drupal 7 upgrade, identified unnecessary programming, and streamlined the site. They also assisted in moving a small WordPress site onto the same server. The project was billed on an hourly basis, with the rate estimated between $120 and $130 per hour. The partnership started around four years ago and continues to this day.

In another project, OpenConcept partnered with the University of Ottawa Centre for Continuing Education to develop a website that aligned with the university's look and feel. The old system was not capable of data mining, so OpenConcept developed functionalities to aid the internal mining process. They also provided frontend design based on the university's repository of design elements. The initial project cost was $130,000, with post-launch improvements bringing the total to around $200,000. The collaboration began nearly two years ago and communication continues on a daily basis.

OpenConcept also collaborated with The Broadcasting Accessibility Fund, a non-profit organization, to develop a highly accessible website. The old website was inaccessible to people with various disabilities, especially those with vision disabilities. OpenConcept handled the full-stack development, including site design and backend development. The project cost was budgeted at about $30,000, but OpenConcept completed it on time and under budget, in the range of $25,000-$30,000. The project began in July 2014 and was completed in December of the same year. OpenConcept continues to provide annual support due to the website's highly-specialized architecture.
