Nova successfully completed an IT integration project for a seasoned mortgage agent. The project involved the integration of various tech tools including Finmo, Pipedrive, and Intercom. The aim was to enhance the client's service offer by leveraging the latest technology to ease the mortgage sourcing process for his clients. Nova was personally referred to the client, who has described his experience with Nova as excellent and paramount to his business. The client also noted that other agents or brokers who adopt these technologies could benefit from Nova's services.
In another project, Nova was hired by Lowen Group, a mortgage brokerage based in Burlington, Ontario, to develop and design a new website. The previous website was outdated and needed a revamp. Nova's team conducted interviews to understand the client's business, identified eight types of individual clients, and built pages tailored to educate these clients. They also integrated new technology, including a mortgage application software, wrote and published content, and created a Q&A page. The client primarily worked with Nova's founder and CEO, Johnny, who brought in SEO and PPC partners. The project, which ran from October to December 2019, cost about $12,000. The next step will be to begin SEO and Google AdWord campaigns.
