Northern Node

Northern Node was contracted by Caja Robotics, a warehouse automation solutions provider, to augment their software development team and implement machine and deep learning in their system. The project, which commenced in early 2023, involved the augmentation of the client's developer team to expedite the time to market of new features, the development of new AI-based features to manage warehouse flows and processes, and the development of cybersecurity features to ensure global regulatory compliance. Northern Node's performance dashboard proved instrumental in tracking the performance of each individual. The collaboration resulted in a 22% increase in productivity in the first year, with the Northern Node team consistently delivering on time and with great success.

In another project, Northern Node was hired by Kamatera, a global cloud services platform provider, to rebuild their existing site with enhanced performance and implement a new, performance-oriented redesign that was SEO-driven. The scope of work included a complete rebuild of the purchased site, the creation of a full spec for recommended infrastructure changes in hosting and database usage, and a complete site redesign. The goal was to elevate the site to the top level of performance required for SEO purposes. Northern Node served as the focal point for the project, assuming full responsibility for all dev ops operations. The project was successfully completed, with Northern Node's team playing a pivotal role in its execution.
