Netgen Custom Software was hired by a national educational institution in the Fitness and Sport Management industry to develop a mobile application. The institution, which had previously worked with Netgen, sought to enhance its existing system that had become slow and lacked valuable functionality. Netgen's team, composed of a CEO, Business Analyst, and Developer, redesigned the application and eventually rewrote the entire system. The new mobile application was well-received by the user base, validating the decision to engage Netgen for this project.

In a separate project, the Center for International Peace Operations in Berlin engaged Netgen Custom Software to redesign its database for a transition to the African Union. The old database, developed by a different company, was outdated and not user-friendly. Netgen, a trusted partner of the Center, undertook a complete overhaul of the database, making it more intuitive and modern. The redesigned database now manages nominations for peace operations and the deployment of personnel. The Center and the African Union have been testing the functionalities of the database in different phases, providing feedback for Netgen to refine and improve the system. The project, which started in March 2020, is in its final stages with minor adjustments being made.
