Netgen Custom Software was hired by an educational institution to develop a mobile application to complement their existing legacy system. The client highlighted the need for a new application as the existing one was slow and lacked value-adding functionality. Netgen came on board as an existing supplier and came up with a new design for the application. After some time, the client requested a complete system rewrite. The project team consisted of the CEO, a Business Analyst, and a Developer. The client was satisfied with the results and the improved functionality of the new system.

Netgen Custom Software was contracted by the Center for International Peace Operations to redesign their outdated database for the transition to the African Union. The client wanted a more user-friendly database that also managed the nominations for peace operations and the deployment of personnel. Netgen was chosen as they had been involved in the African standby capacity database development for five years. Over the past year, Netgen completely reorganized, redesigned, and reprogrammed the database. They worked in different phases and delivered products on a regular basis for testing and feedback. The project is now in the final stages of adjusting minor details. The client's main point of contact was Andrew, the Director. Despite being ongoing since March 2020, the client is pleased with the modern look and feel of the database.
