MSPAssist

MSPAssist was hired by an IT services company to help with tech support tickets and requests, as well as setting up Connectwise Automate scripts. The company owner selected MSPAssist because of their competitive pricing and flexibility. MSPAssist monitored the company's help desk ticketing system and communicated with the team on Slack to work towards resolving issues. Initially, one Automate engineer was assigned to the project, but as the company's needs grew, more level 2 engineers were assigned to provide 24-hour coverage.

Another project involved providing managed services for an IT company. The company's goal was to deliver automated windows patching, antivirus management, and backup services to their clients while freeing up their staff to focus on application support. MSPAssist was selected through a web search and they executed the project through a connected suite.

In a project for a Netherlands-based IT infrastructure services company, MSPAssist was brought in to help provide 24/7 services to the company's customers. The company was struggling to find qualified service providers in their country and wanted to outsource work to free up their resources for additional initiatives. MSPAssist was selected through a search on Upwork and following a successful video call and positive feedback from an existing MSPAssist customer. The MSPAssist team carried out active monitoring of client systems and managed the classification of errors, providing daily reports to the managed service desk. The company currently spends about $5,000 per month on MSPAssist's services, which is expected to cost between $50,000-$60,000 yearly. The cooperation started in February 2019 and is ongoing.
