The company aimed to have their tech support tickets resolved quickly and their Connectwise Automate setup. MSPAssist monitored the company's help desk ticketing system and communicated via Slack to work towards a resolution. Initially, one Automate engineer was assigned, but as the company's needs grew, more level 2 engineers were assigned to provide 24-hour coverage.
