Monumental was hired by Crated with Love, a date night subscription box company, to develop a "subscription builder" for customers. The goal was to allow customers to customize their subscriptions, including choosing their first box, adding upsells, and selecting the duration of their subscription. Monumental built the subscription builder from scratch using JavaScript and Liquid, ensuring it worked for both the end user and the logistics team. The team, which included the CEO, a project manager, and a developer, was highly regarded for their expertise and reasonable pricing.

Monumental was engaged by Lucy & Co., a pet products brand, to update an outdated theme and remove old, unused code that was hindering progress. The team created a new Online Store 2.0 theme with customizations to align with contemporary ecommerce standards. The project involved multiple site reviews, revisions, and a change order for additional functionality. Monumental optimized the site based on customer behavior, using a heat mapping tool to identify and address pain points.
