Monumental was hired by a boutique sock company to update their e-commerce platform. The initial platform, UltraCart, was outdated and not user-friendly, so the company decided to switch to Shopify. Monumental optimized the Shopify site based on customer habits, using a heat mapping tool to track user traffic and update areas that were causing issues. The project team included Shea, Ryan, and Birdie. The company invested between $30,000-$40,000 in the project, which began in March 2019 and is ongoing.

A date night subscription box company, Crated with Love, hired Monumental to build a "subscription builder". This allowed customers to customize their subscription by choosing their first box, adding upsells, and selecting the length of their subscription. The Monumental team built the subscription builder from scratch, using JavaScript and Liquid. The main project team included Rob, Elizabeth, and Jake. The company was introduced to Monumental by the ReCharge team and chose them for their expertise and reasonable pricing.

Lucy & Co., a pet products brand, engaged Monumental to update their old theme and code. The goal was to bring their online store up to date with the current state of e-commerce. Monumental created a new Online Store 2.0 theme with some customization. The project team included Rob and Birdie, with other members working behind the scenes. The company chose Monumental after receiving a positive referral and researching other agencies. The project involved multiple revisions and a change order to accommodate additional functionality.
