MOJO Consulting

MOJO Consulting was hired by Venture Scanner, a research services company on technology startup ecosystems, with the goal of enhancing their technology strategy, product strategy, and product development. MOJO Consulting was chosen for their high ratings, great culture fit, and aligned company values. The project was handled by one of MOJO's employees, who worked on understanding and translating customer needs into product requirements, researching suitable technologies, and executing the creation of the product, supplemented by custom software as needed. They also developed a data strategy, setting up the software architecture to ingest millions of data points daily and run calculations to create desired outputs. Lastly, they designed a web application interface that was both user-friendly and adhered to security and data protection best practices. The project was a success, achieving all set goals and objectives.
