Rapid Taxies Enterprise, an online taxi service provider, engaged Mob Inspire to recover their business from a system failure and provide a new system to meet market expectations. The project involved a complete redesign of the Taxi Driver and Passenger App, and integration with a payment gateway to allow cash and card transactions. The unique method of driver identification and charging system was also implemented. The project was overseen by the Project Manager and development team, with close supervision and guidance from the CEO/Chairman of Mob Inspire.
HAIRLINES, a marketplace app connecting hairstylists to customers, hired Mob Inspire to build a two-sided app with a super admin panel, provide a MLM pay structure for professionals, and create a step up from their competitors. The scope of work included the creation of customer apps for iOS and Android devices, hairstylist apps for iOS and Android devices, and a Super Admin Panel. The customer apps allowed users to book services, track their status, and make bookings for themselves, family members, or individuals in Group Homes and Residential Assistance Homes. The hairstylist apps facilitated seamless communication with customers. The project utilized the latest tools and technologies and followed the AGILE methodology. Thorough testing was conducted, and the solution was deployed on the client's server and submitted to app stores upon completion.
