The team at MNS Group worked closely with the internal team at Sandler Training to manage the network support and security services for their 60 corporate employees. They also provided technical assistance for over 250 franchisees as and when required. In addition to this, MNS Group helped implement a new telephone system and migrated the franchisees to Office 365.
Hartford Bank hired MNS Group to assist with their IT needs as they aimed to consolidate internet access across their six branches. MNS Group provided a range of services including help with emails, logins, firewalls, router programming, and staging servers. They also supplied additional staff for a network conversion across all eight branches. The team at MNS Group managed cybersecurity, serving as a managed service provider and managed security service provider. They worked with the bank to meet the higher level of scrutiny required for handling non-public information. The partnership, which began in December 2004, continues with the bank spending $232,000 per year for MNS Group's services.
