Miracle Mill AG was hired by a Media Solutions Agency to build a custom ad server for implementation into ecommerce websites. The scope of the project included building the ad server middleware, creating a database, monitoring functions, and managing responses from client sites to an API. The application was built on AWS, a specialism for Miracle Mill. The team consisted of the CTO, two developers, and a UX designer for small ad hoc projects. The client found Miracle Mill through Clutch, selecting them for their flexibility, clear understanding of the project scope, and their confidence in offering advice on platforms and approaches.

For a mentorship company called CMAS, Miracle Mill AG was contracted to design an organizational management system. The system was designed to manage contracts and provide automated reports on the progress of the children. The project began with a discovery session to understand the requirements, followed by the design of the system using wireframes, and finally, the build of the system on AWS. The team consisted of 12 developers, with a core team of six. The project, which started in January 2020, was slowed down due to Brexit and COVID-19, and wrapped up in January 2021.

A consulting business hired Miracle Mill AG to operationalize their proprietary algorithm for measuring the magnitude of effort required by individual initiatives. The project involved an exchange of documents and a meeting to ensure an understanding of expectations, producibles, timeline, and workflow.
