Middle Boop was hired by Sabroso, a creative studio, to assist in the development of a website and content for a new client. The client was struggling to position themselves in a competitive market, so Middle Boop was brought in to support with brand strategy and e-commerce strategy. They were recommended to Sabroso by a third party who had previously worked with them and had seen great results. Middle Boop helped to define the client's value proposition and developed a full design system, including a tone of voice, colour palette, and style of imagery. They also worked on understanding the client's customer base to develop suitable packages for their needs. The collaboration was dynamic and resulted in a robust design system that could be used across all assets.

In another project, Middle Boop was hired by HSBC Wholesale Transformation to support the launch of a new collaboration space. They were tasked with creating high-impact graphics for door decals, posters, and playbooks, as well as developing a bespoke brand for the space and the customer experience team managing it. They worked closely with the HSBC team and created a new identity for the brand that grabbed attention across the building. The team from Middle Boop went above and beyond, even purchasing materials and providing catering for the launch event. The project was a success and resulted in a vibrant, attention-grabbing space.

The project involved optimising the DTC e-commerce platform's overall performance, implementing a comprehensive CRO strategy, and producing high-quality digital assets. They conducted a thorough audit of the e-commerce platform, implemented necessary changes, and developed a data-driven CRO strategy. They also worked on enhancing user experience and establishing a pipeline for producing high-quality digital assets. The project saw an improvement in the e-commerce platform's performance and an increase in the conversion rate.
