Middle Boop was hired by HSBC Wholesale Transformation to launch a new collaboration space. The project required the creation of high-impact graphics, door decals, posters, playbooks, and a bespoke brand for the space and the customer experience team managing it. Middle Boop assembled a specialized team of designers, copywriters, and strategists, who developed a brand story and identity that were brought to life in the form of a team manual and wall art for the space. The client appreciated Middle Boop's commitment to going above and beyond their responsibilities, including buying materials and catering for the launch event. The collaboration lasted from September 2019 to January 2020 and cost approximately $180,000.

For a project with Sabroso, a creative studio, Middle Boop was brought in to help a client position themselves in a competitive market. The project involved the development of a new website and content offering, with Middle Boop contributing to the brand and e-commerce strategy. They worked on the client's value proposition, tagline, typography, and developed a full design system, tone of voice, colour palette, and style of imagery. They also helped understand the customer's approach to 'value', which led to the development of packages that suited different types of customers and their needs.

The project involved optimizing the DTC e-commerce platform's performance, implementing a comprehensive Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) strategy, and producing high-quality digital assets. Middle Boop conducted a thorough audit of the current e-commerce platform's performance, identified bottlenecks, slow-loading pages, and other issues affecting user experience, and made necessary improvements. They also implemented user experience improvements based on UX/UI best practices and developed a robust content management strategy to organize and deliver digital assets effectively.
