MentorMate partnered with a consulting and wealth management company to undertake a complete digital transformation of their platform. The project had several challenges including identifying design talent, integrating UX into practices, and dealing with newer technologies. MentorMate provided design resources and development teams. They were able to reimagine the client's digital experience and build a mobile application that met the business and client needs. The project has been ongoing for two and a half years and the company has invested over $5 million into it. The client commends MentorMate for bringing an outside perspective and best practices to the project.

For Trek Bicycle, MentorMate was hired to extend the functionality of existing mobile apps, rebrand them for Trek, and tie them into the existing Trek infrastructure. The team consisted of 2 iOS developers, 2 Android developers, and 2 QA analysts. The decision to work with MentorMate was based on a previous successful partnership. The client, a Digital Product Manager at Trek Bicycle, had worked with MentorMate for about 5 years and recommended their services for this project.

In another project, MentorMate collaborated with Foss Swim School to develop a custom-built solution to support their customer enrollments and class management processes. The software created served two purposes: as a web page for customers to submit enrollment requests and manage their customer account, and as a tool for employees to manage class schedules, student progress, and customer communication. The team consisted of 4 full time developers, 2 full time QA analysts, a part time Business Analyst, a part time Project Manager, and an additional part time QA Analyst. Since launching, the product has been continuously updated and refined to ensure a smooth user experience.
