MentorMate

MentorMate was hired by Trek Bicycle for the development of iOS and Android platforms. The project involved extending the functionality of existing mobile apps, rebranding them for Trek, and integrating them into the existing Trek infrastructure. The team from MentorMate consisted of 2 iOS developers, 2 Android developers, and 2 QAs. The client had a long-standing relationship with MentorMate and recommended them for their expertise in mobile development.

A consulting and wealth management company engaged MentorMate for UX/UI design and web & mobile app development. The project aimed to completely reimagine the client's digital experience and build a mobile application that met their business and client needs. The team from MentorMate, consisting of over 30 people, provided design resources and development teams, bringing an outside perspective and best practices around how users expect web and mobile applications to function. The project, which began in October 2018, is ongoing and has seen an investment of over $5 million.

Foss Swim School hired MentorMate for web development. The project's goal was to digitize the process of managing customer enrollments and classes to support the company's growth. The team from MentorMate, including 4 full-time developers, 2 full-time QA analysts, a part-time Business Analyst, a part-time Project Manager, and an additional part-time QA Analyst, delivered a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) serving as a webpage for customers to submit enrollment requests and manage their accounts, and a tool for employees to manage class schedules, communicate with customers, and more. The project has been ongoing for about 4 years, following an agile methodology to build new features and enhance the product.
