Maven Mule was hired by a consulting company to resolve data issues that resulted from years of using Excel. The company aimed to sort their data and develop analytics to better understand their business standing. Maven Mule, selected for their reputation and understanding of the client's needs, designed and developed client management solutions, assisted with data upload, and created workflows to optimize the client's operations. They also developed reporting and analytics for all departments, allowing the company to better understand their clients' journey. Two Maven Mule team members, including a developer with strong project management skills, worked on the project.
Maven Mule partnered with VodafoneZiggo, a telecommunications company, as a Salesforce development partner. The goal was to maintain the company's Salesforce environment and help them become more digitized. Maven Mule developed an order entry tool for the company's door-to-door sales channel, enabling sales agents to make transactions quickly. The tool, running on iPad, also offered a map functionality, live quotation feature, and contract setup. Maven Mule used Salesforce's out-of-the-box functionalities and some APEX code for this project. They also built reports and dashboards to track sales. The client worked with five developers from Maven Mule on this ongoing project.
