The project involved analyzing data from the company's contractor loyalty program and commercial credit card users. The Massive Insights Inc. team conducted a program impact study every six months and organized smaller campaign analyses to track their efforts over time. In another project, Massive Insights Inc. was hired by a large financial institution to identify opportunities for improvement from a people-processing technology perspective.
