Massive Insights Inc. partnered with The Home Depot Canada to provide data analytics services. The project involved analyzing data from the company's contractor loyalty program and commercial credit card users. The objective was to understand how different professionals used the loyalty program in order to serve customers better. The Massive Insights Inc. team conducted a program impact study every six months and organized smaller campaign analyses to track their efforts over time. The results of these analyses helped The Home Depot Canada understand the effectiveness of their marketing activities within the loyalty program. The partnership lasted from October 2012 to March 2017 and saw an investment of about $250,000 CAD ($186,000 USD) each year.

In another project, Massive Insights Inc. was hired by a large financial institution to identify opportunities for improvement from a people-processing technology perspective. The company provided recommendations on how to enhance the quality of the bank's processes and collaborated with them to establish three priority tiers for the organization. This involved conducting interviews with staff members and reviewing all processes and procedures. The project lasted from May to June 2018 and was deemed successful as Massive Insights Inc. was able to fully understand and address the bank's problem.
