MarketJoy's team conducted research, sent out initial emails, and executed email campaigns. They handled the first line of communication with potential leads before passing them onto Konexus. The vice president of sales and marketing worked directly with Curtis, the VP of Customer Success at MarketJoy. The engagement started in January 2018 and is still ongoing. MarketJoy, Inc. also collaborated with an online education technology company to help them offer their courses and products to businesses for employee training and development.
