The project involved the management of one physical server and three virtual machines, as well as the client's domain and Office 365. The project involved planning, hardware acquisition, and a pre-configuration setup where they got the Hyper-V cluster hosts running. The team converted everything from ESXI to Hyper-V, both remotely and onsite, with a focus on minimizing downtime. The project team, which consisted of an account manager, project manager, and technicians, was chosen based on their reputation as a reliable IT management company and their partnership with Dell. The project, which cost around $64,000, began in February 2020 and was completed by the end of March the same year.
