Managed Solution was contracted by an Accounts Receivable Management company based in McKinney, TX to provide managed IT services. The project involved the management of one physical server and three virtual machines, as well as the client's domain and Office 365. The goal was to secure and maintain the health of the servers and machines to ensure smooth business operations. Managed Solution came to the company as a referral and provided these services on a monthly basis with a project manager and phone support.
In another project, Managed Solution worked with a manufacturing firm that produces gloves and other custom moldable parts. The IT manager of the company, who was also the sole IT manager of a multimillion-dollar business, approached Managed Solution for a complete server host refresh. The project involved planning, hardware acquisition, and a pre-configuration setup where they got the Hyper-V cluster hosts running. The team converted everything from ESXI to Hyper-V, both remotely and onsite, with a focus on minimizing downtime. The project team, which consisted of an account manager, project manager, and technicians, was chosen based on their reputation as a reliable IT management company and their partnership with Dell. The project, which cost around $64,000, began in February 2020 and was completed by the end of March the same year.
