MakeReign partnered with UCOOK, South Africa’s leading meal kit delivery service, to launch new product offerings within their existing e-commerce solution. MakeReign was tasked to address several UX and design challenges to differentiate UCOOK from its competitors and increase customer retention and average basket value. The team meticulously researched and analyzed best UX practices, creating comprehensive sitemaps and a seamless website architecture. The collaboration resulted in strong creative solutions that were highly praised by UCOOK for their thorough and methodical approach.

MakeReign also worked with an InsureTech startup, Pineapple, to establish a clear and consistent brand image. Pineapple hired MakeReign to phase out their old CI and introduce a fresh, digital-friendly look that resonated with their brand personality. MakeReign's team delivered impressively, crafting a minimalistic, fun, and slightly edgy brand design that was in line with Pineapple's UI. This resulted in establishing trust among new digital users, generating leads, and ultimately increasing sales.

Lastly, MakeReign was hired by Startup Club South Africa (SCZA), a tech startup community, to create a vibrant brand identity and design a marketing website. MakeReign began with a thorough analysis of SCZA's ethos and role in the startup ecosystem. They developed a modern brand identity that appealed to their dynamic audience and designed a user-friendly website that effectively communicated SCZA's mission. Key deliverables included a new logo, color scheme, responsive web design, a UX strategy, and compelling web content.
