Highlights from Recent Projects
Magora assisted Lyfe, an at-home health testing service, in creating a no-code MVP for their market testing. The discovery phase of the project involved several calls between the Magora team and Lyfe, along with their partner laboratory, to understand the requirements. This phase spanned a couple of months and was followed by a three-month development phase. The MVP, a no-code solution, allowed the application to communicate with the laboratory via an API, which was where most of the coding and development took place. The project, which started in February 2023, is ongoing with plans for Magora to develop a native app for Lyfe.
For Casual Films, a video production company, Magora created a platform to improve efficiency in video production. Starting with a discovery phase and moving into production, Magora provided all necessary documentation and wireframes. They designed both the front-end and back-end of the platform. The engagement, which is ongoing since July 2021, involves constant addition of new features and improvements in the development process. The project is broken down into several sprints with Magora's team working on a monthly rolling contract.
Magora was hired by an advertising and marketing company to develop the back-end for a financial control mobile app targeted at teenagers. The aim was to provide users with effective financial management tools to prevent wasteful spending. As a product consultant, Magora played a key role in integrating user feedback into the product scope during the discovery phase, which ensured the app was closely aligned with user preferences and needs. The team developed features allowing users to track and manage budgets, gain insights via expense categories, set personalized savings goals, and receive real-time transaction alerts.
