The MacGuys+ was hired by a graphic arts studio to provide IT support and consulting services. The MacGuys+ was contracted by Chamberlain Lit LLC, a writing, ghostwriting, and editing company, to provide cybersecurity. The company had fallen victim to a massive scam and was unable to access their desktop. The MacGuys+ was chosen based on their high ratings, budget-friendly pricing, and company values. The CEO of The MacGuys+, Tim, personally attended to the issue, restoring access to the desktop and providing coaching on how to avoid scams in the future. As a result of the successful resolution, the company signed up for a monthly security subscription.
