Luminos Software

Luminos Software successfully completed a project for CSS Corp, a technology support services provider. The company was seeking to establish a presence in Romania and needed assistance in setting up their office, hiring staff, and managing the operations within a tight deadline of three months. Luminos Software was involved in the entire process, from selecting the location for the office to hiring and onboarding staff. They also worked closely with CSS Corp's accounting firm to ensure company profiles and employee records were sent on time. The project, which started in July 2021, cost around $200,000 and it continues to be an ongoing partnership.

In another project, Luminos Software worked with Invyted Ltd, an influencer marketing platform. The goal was to streamline the collaboration process between influencers and brands. Luminos Software was involved in concept development, product roadmap, web and mobile design system, MVP scope, MVP delivery, and product-market fit. The team from Luminos Software helped conduct market research, built a development proposal for an MVP and roadmap of features, and deployed it in November 2022. The project resulted in a web-based platform for brands and a mobile app for influencers, serving as a two-sided marketplace.

Luminos Software was also hired by Mela Solutions Ltd, a digital health company, to redesign and develop their enterprise application. The team from Luminos Software reviewed the UX/UI of the existing application, evaluated provisional wireframes for a new version of the application, and shared design and UX recommendations. They created a design system using Figma, implemented the new design system as generic components and layout elements in React, and established modern front-end development processes. The team also up-skilled the client's team and implemented multiple new front-end applications in React and integrated with backend services. The project resulted in a full redesign and redevelopment of the core platform.
