Logica partnered with Ogilvy Nicaragua to provide IT staff augmentation for various projects including web services, mobile, and large e-commerce projects. The collaboration began with three engineers from Logica and expanded to seven full-time resources. The selection of Logica was based on their talent, expertise, flexibility, and competitive rates. The president of Ogilvy Nicaragua praised Logica's team as intuitive, agile, and exceptional at their work. The recruitment process was straightforward, with the CEO of Ogilvy Nicaragua contacting Logica directly with their specific needs. Logica was able to provide the necessary resources promptly, proving to be a better fit compared to other companies.

In another project, Logica was hired by BY VIVE, a company that provides aftercare services for luxury brands, to develop a custom software for their internal operations. The goal was to create an application that could match client repair requests to artisans and track the end-to-end lifecycle of repairs or client relations. Logica was chosen due to their high ratings, great culture fit, and good value for cost. The team from Logica, consisting of 2-5 employees, built a back-end artisan portal which allows artisans to accept incoming work, track its progress, and notify the client of the status of their repair. The portal was integrated seamlessly with the artisans' existing CRM systems, email services, and websites. The project was successful and met the objectives set by BY VIVE.
