Little Guy Branding collaborated with a home healthcare company to redesign their website and improve their national brand recognition. The company wanted a more user-friendly site to support their franchise model. Little Guy Branding redesigned the main website pages and created new WordPress pages, including a franchising page, a university page, and portals for franchisees. They also developed an SEO strategy and increased social media engagement. The project, which started in mid-2016, is ongoing and has been positively received.

In another project, Little Guy Branding assisted an optometrist, Ideal Eyecare, in establishing a strong digital presence. They designed and built a website that featured online scheduling and submission of paperwork, saving time for the clients. They also implemented SEO work focusing on local market keywords for Google and Bing. Currently, they are managing content creation for Google postings and Facebook. The collaboration, which started in November 2014, is ongoing and the optometrist expects costs to double after acquiring another practice.

Little Guy Branding also worked with Dreamweaver Foundation, a nonprofit organization, to rebuild their WordPress website and improve their brand awareness. They integrated the organization's CRM, created custom forms, newsletter templates, and added features like a donation and signup section. They also set up Google Analytics and managed their Twitter and Facebook accounts. They even created a YouTube channel to host the organization's video content. The collaboration, which started in August 2016, is ongoing and the organization has been in touch with them almost every day.
