Lighthouse Integrations was hired by Charge Solar, Canada's largest solar, battery storage, and EV charging distributor, to manage all IT operations as the company grew beyond 50 employees. The vendor was selected for their proximity to the client's Victoria head office and the ability to scale nationally using their network of partners. Lighthouse provided day-to-day help desk support for over 70 employees, infrastructure design and implementation, training, and ongoing risk identification and management. The client worked closely with Kevin, the owner and president of Lighthouse, and three other team members for daily support.

The fire and flood restoration company contracted Lighthouse Integrations to design, supply, and maintain their computer systems including all ongoing troubleshooting. The decision to hire Lighthouse was based on a past relationship with Kevin, the owner of Lighthouse. The vendor designed and installed the client's system, which includes over 20 desktops sharing a server. Lighthouse also maintains the client's firewall and ensures compliance for their cyber insurance coverage. The client has worked with all of Lighthouse's field staff.

Lighthouse Integrations was commissioned by a hardware company with 5 Home Hardware Building Centres across Western Canada to provide ongoing managed IT services. The vendor was selected based on a previous relationship with Kevin, the owner of Lighthouse. Lighthouse's service package included full managed IT from project management, server replacement, help desk, liaison with 3rd party POS, and migration to MS365. The client worked with Kevin, Trevor for day-to-day service, Ken for specialized projects, Noah for day-to-day service, and Elaheh for special projects and system documentation.
