LaunchPad Lab was engaged by Flexco Fleet Services, an automotive remarketing company, to overhaul their internal customer relationship management system. The project involved the complete redesign of the system using Salesforce, and the rebuilding of their online auction website using Heroku. The revamped system is used by the company's account executives to streamline the process of moving vehicles from consignments to auctions or dealers. The project, which began in March 2021, is ongoing and has so far cost around $1.1 million.

In another project, LaunchPad Lab was hired by Lamacchia Realty to develop a solution for their complex lead assignment process. The real estate firm, which has close to 500 realtors and multiple inside sales staff, needed a system that could automatically determine the proper lead owner in real-time. The project involved re-engineering the lead assignment process, which was originally hosted 100% in Salesforce, and exporting all the processing in Heroku then sending the result back to Salesforce. The go-live process was smooth and uneventful, despite the complexity and number of moving pieces involved.

LaunchPad Lab also worked with Millennium Trust Company, a provider of health, wealth, retirement, and benefits solutions, to develop a platform for managing service agreements and automatic rollover participant submissions. The new platform, which was developed to streamline the customer experience and automate manual processes for internal teams, provides the company's clients with new visibility into the status of their automatic rollover submissions and their agreements on file. The platform was launched in Q4 of 2022, with additional services planned for future releases. The initial users have expressed excitement about using the new platform and have appreciated the improved transparency for automatic rollovers.
