Kyroc was hired by Byron Bay Candles, a company specializing in handmade pure soy wax candles and diffusers, to manage their email marketing campaigns. After being selected based on their expertise and the results guarantee they offered, Kyroc worked on preparing email automations and campaigns, formatting graphics, and creating follow-up flows for the company. The team, comprising an account manager, a creative designer, and a communications creator, delivered on the company's expectations, thereby eliminating the need for an opt-out option.

Another project saw Kyroc assisting two e-commerce stores in the health and beauty industry with email marketing. Kyroc was chosen for their competitive prices and friendly spokesperson. The team set up flow automations, regularly sent campaigns, and successfully achieved high click-through rates, revenue goals, and amassed tons of new subscribers. This project involved close collaboration with an account manager, project manager, copywriter, and graphic designer from Kyroc.

Furthermore, Kyroc was hired by an e-commerce company selling fire safety products for their email marketing needs. After being selected from over 20 applicants on Upwork because they already had experience working with similar industries, Kyroc took on the project which required writing engaging copy, split testing emails, hyper-segmenting users, and maximizing and scaling the company's email marketing. The team, which included a managing director, account manager, copywriter, marketing strategist, and graphic designer, was able to successfully execute the project.
