Highlights from Recent Projects
Kurzor was hired by Verkstedt, a software development company, to augment their staff and provide development services for a large project that exceeded Verkstedt's development capacities. Kurzor's team, which included two API builders and two front-end developers, worked remotely on building APIs and mobile apps in JavaScript. Verkstedt's co-founder praised Kurzor for their integration into the team and their founders' availability. The collaboration, which started in November 2018, has seen Verkstedt invest over $200,000 into the partnership.
In a project for Smartsupp, a leading business chat provider in the CEE region, Kurzor was tasked with developing and maintaining plugins for various platforms to facilitate the use of Smartsupp's service. The project aimed to increase the conversion rate of free users into paying subscribers. Kurzor's team of two programmers and a web coder successfully implemented the plugins into the platform's official marketplace and provided user support for each platform. Their work was highly appreciated by Smartsupp, who had previously collaborated with Kurzor under a different company.
Oak's Lab, a full-service digital development agency, partnered with Kurzor for the development of a real estate application. The project involved building a real estate-lifecycle web application with a PHP backend and a React frontend. Kurzor's team, which included a lead software engineer and 3-4 other full-time software engineers, built the front and backends from the ground up. Despite the project running out of funding in January 2018, Oak's Lab was so impressed with Kurzor's work that they moved them onto a different project which concluded in December 2018. Oak's Lab expressed interest in working with Kurzor again for future projects.
