Koderly was hired by G Plants, a company that designs, produces, and sells growing products, to provide software maintenance and risk management for their business-critical systems. The company's bespoke software development was at risk due to a reliance on a single IT consultant. Koderly identified this as a key person risk and worked to centralize the source code, stabilize the platform, understand the business processes, and manage changes using a sprint planning model. As a result, Koderly was able to stabilize and improve the warehouse manager software in time for the annual stock take.

Great Rail Journeys, a tour operator offering escorted and independent rail and cruise journeys worldwide, hired Koderly for remote database administration. Koderly provided real-time monitoring, daily health checks, scheduled maintenance, and performance tuning for SQL Server instances across multiple locations. In addition, they performed regular tasks such as backup verification, index optimization, and capacity planning to ensure system stability and efficiency. Koderly also offered consultancy services for more complex needs like configuration changes, patching, and out-of-hours support.

HLTH Group, a company providing compliance, governance, and HR support for providers regulated by the CQC and Ofsted, contracted Koderly for custom software development. The goal was to fix security issues and improve the functionality of their poorly built platform. In addition, Koderly was tasked with adding new features to the platform. Koderly made significant improvements to both the security and functionality of the CQC Compliance platform and built new areas within the software, demonstrating a strong understanding of the strict regulatory framework the software needed to adhere to.
