Kairos was hired by a startup handbag company to develop their e-commerce platform and help with issues regarding Amazon Web Services (AWS). The website was initially a WordPress site hosted on AWS, but due to recurrent unfounded abuse reports, Kairos migrated the site off AWS. The site was then redeveloped using a different template with additional features that were previously missing. Apart from the website development, Kairos also provided ongoing IT support and marketing training. The collaboration with Kairos started through a shared office space in a startup incubation center in Seoul. The project, which began in late September 2019, is ongoing, and the handbag company has so far invested about $4,500 in it.
