Kairos, a company based in Seoul, was hired by a startup handbag company to develop its e-commerce platform. The handbag company was having issues with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and needed help resolving them. Kairos migrated the company's website off of AWS and made backups, relieving the stress of daily unfounded abuse reports from Amazon. They then redeveloped the platform using a different template and added features that the company previously lacked. In addition to this, Kairos also provides ongoing IT support and marketing training. The project, which started in late September 2019, is ongoing and has so far cost the handbag company about $4,500. The collaboration between the two companies began through their shared office space in a startup incubation center in Seoul.
