JXM was hired by a dental association to transform their traditional advertising campaign into an extensive digital marketing strategy. The goal was to increase awareness of oral health and connect individuals with dentists through the website. JXM was selected through an RFP process, standing out due to their past success with similar campaigns and their willingness to go above and beyond in terms of service. The digital strategy included SEO, paid search, social media ads, display ads, website content, creative strategy, video production, and ad content development. Three key members of JXM were involved in this project, and the results were monitored through extensive campaign reporting.

JXM partnered with Advia Credit Union to develop and implement digital and traditional media strategies. The credit union, which operates in three states, needed assistance with advertising to both consumers and commercial members. JXM was instrumental in helping the company establish its brand look and feel, as well as introducing the brand to current and potential members. JXM developed tailored media strategies, handled print and digital advertising, and even produced videos and other creative assets. Each year, the credit union spent between $1 million to $1.5 million on their media plan with JXM, a partnership that began in November 2013 and continues to date.

For the Michigan Dental Association, JXM managed an annual public education campaign, which included a comprehensive digital marketing strategy and video production. Initially, the focus was on driving appointments for the association's members, but this was later shifted to focus on public education about good dental health. JXM handled all aspects of the campaign, from content creation to deployment, with a significant emphasis on social media. They also helped the association update their marketing technology stack and produced various types of videos. The company invested approximately $1 million annually in this collaboration, which has been ongoing for 7–8 years.
