The main objective was to reduce manhours and increase client engagement on digital platforms for lead generation. The vendor was selected based on work quality, price, accountability, and client engagement level. The project was successful, with the Juppiter AI Labs team consistently suggesting new ideas for chatbot improvement, providing extended support in integration, and performing tests to ensure optimal performance.

Juppiter AI Labs provided managed IT services for Mapalon Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd, a software development and IT solutions company for logistics. The project involved server patching, installing new services, upgrading services, working on virtualization, and managing cloud services like AWS, Azure, and Digital Ocean. They also handled networking, security, and a range of IT-related services, including setting up a wireless network. The project was carried out by the Chief Operations Officer and the Team Leader from Juppiter AI Labs, with a client partner addressing any issues and a resource coordinator ensuring people were assigned to different tasks.

The company was also hired by a product studio company for IT cloud consulting services. The project involved staff augmentation for IT services and consulting, setting up cloud environments, and writing code in Python for machine learning programming for one of the company's financial partners. The Juppiter AI Labs team included two frontend developers and three AI and cloud developers. The project, which started in December 2020, is ongoing and involves a constant remote collaboration where detailed documentation is provided to Juppiter AI Labs on what needs to be worked on.
